Coring Aeration

Coring aeration is the removal of small cores that allows air, moisture, fertilizers, and nutrients to reach the root system. Aeration can help:

• Water run-off problems
• Stimulate the root system for growth
• Decrease the possibility of insect and disease damage
• Act as a seed bed, when overseeding
• Help control thatch build-up and soil compaction

Deluxe Aeration Package

Our coring aeration machine will take cores every 2 3/4 inches apart. Approximately 8 cores per square foot with a penetrating depth of 2 3/4 inches. This package includes a super-heavy seeding of the lawn with 8 pounds per 1,000 square feet of our quality turf grass seeds, that are a blended variety of improved turf-type fescues cultivars custom blended, each with its own unique characteristics. Also included is a seed-starter fertilizer, a very important part of this succesful package. We use a high-quality blend of the necessary fertilizers and nutrients 18-24-12 slow and quick release with iron, which assure seeds germinate quickly and establish a strong healthy root system.

Also with this package, we include a maintenance level of pelletized lime. This will help the new grass by rasing p.h. level.

Soil Testing

Soil testing is crucial to helping us understand the needs of your lawn and landscape. Upon request, soil analysis will be taken at the initial service. Soil corrections will only be applied once Complete receives the results from the soil analysis, which will then determine what type of soil corrections will be needed.

Phosphate - stimulates root growth and seedling development
Potash - improves drought tolerance and strengthens stem and leaf tissue
