Fleet Administrator

Overview:

This position works within the Accounting Department to make sure that all company vehicles and equipment expenses are tracked within budget. The Fleet Manager will also oversee all items related to vehicles and equipment listed below.

Responsibilities Include:

Issuing Purchase Orders for parts and services required for fleet maintenance and upkeep

Maintaining a full fleet and equipment inventory

Ensuring fleet compliance by managing emissions schedules, tag renewals, and insurance

Managing and monitoring EZ pass accounts for MD and VA

Producing fuel usage reports from on-site fuel systems for the purposes of allocation to departments as well as Quarterly and Annual Fuel Tax filings.

Review and process vehicle accident claims, property damage claims, and stolen item claims with assistance from management and insurance company representatives

Notify insurance company of sale or purchase of new vehicles or equipment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite. This position requires excellent scheduling capability. A basic understanding of fleet administration is a plus but not required.

$40,000-$45,000 per year plus benefits
