We know that property managers have a million other things on their mind, and places they need to be. Now there is no longer a need for a property manager to be present at the time of our walk-through.

With proper permission, our staff can do their own tour of the space. They will video their tour, pointing out problem areas, room for improvement, and where things are going well! Later, we will sit down with the property manager, either in person or over video chat, and present and explain the walkthrough.
