We are living in an interesting time where the two largest generations including boomers and millennials are seeking convenience and on-site amenities when shopping for the place they call home. So the question becomes how property managers create an atmosphere that will attract and retain two of the largest population segments of our time?

Having a playground on an apartment complex or other commercial property can make that facility much more appealing to families with children. But property owners often worry about the cost of maintaining the equipment and playground, as well as the potential liability involved if a child should get hurt while playing on a slide, jungle gym or other structure. And that’s understandable.

The first sign of spring has always been the bright colors of the season's earliest flowering shrubs.  The vibrant colors of spring lure people outside and represent an awakening from the hibernation of winter.  Incorporating spring flowering shrubs into landscape designs at commercial properties has a guaranteed impact because visitors and potential clients are drawn to lively and visually attractive properties.  These are some of our favorite early spring performers.  Using these in any landscape will help to increase the appeal of any retail, commercial, or residential property.
