The exterior of your physical location can say a lot about your company. It is the first impression your customers and employees have of the organization.  Landscaping and the exterior appearance shape how people feel about the business before they even get to know it. 

It’s time for cool nights with crackling fires, Mums and Pansies, football, Halloween, and pumpkin spice EVERYTHING! Oh, and don’t forget leaves. Lots and lots of leaves. Depending on the trees you have on your commercial property, you may see falling leaves from as early as August all the way through February. Properties still need to look maintained through these months, and there are a few ways to attack the leaf situation.

Landscaping can be one of the best marketing assets a commercial property has at its disposal.  Colorful fall displays can help attract potential tenants, residents, and clients.  What comes to mind when you think “fall color?”  Maybe it’s Pansies or Mums.  Both are go-to choices to add color.  Unfortunately, both are short-lived and can be costly to plant year after year.
